In a sprawling 19C building that has enjoyed a complete makeover, you will find a menu that illustrates a passion for local, artisanal and fresh seasonal ingredients. Chef Aurélien Moutarlier, who was Romuald Fassenet's sous-chef at Château du Mont Joly, never fails to deliver beautifully plated, colourful dishes that are cooked to perfection and benefit from his dab hand at seasoning. The bright contemporary interior sports a colour scheme of soothing neutral tones; there is also a terrace.
