Some 100m from the beach and the La Hume's port, the chef proposes tasty, modern cuisine, which relies on solid technical know - how (cooking techniques, bouillons)… with, as one might imagine, a certain penchant for fish and seafood – even if the crunchy pig's trotter with potatoes remains a classic. A fine discovery!
