An appealing establishment where guests receive a charming welcome. The kitchen is the domain of a Russian-born chef who has spent most of her life in France. Supervising front of house is her award-winning sommelier partner, who has worked at L'Espérance in Vézelay and La Pyramide in Vienne. Alsace takes pride of place in the wine cellar, which has an entire book of 3 500 labels dedicated to the region. The chef cooks up dishes that tend towards the traditional (eg oven-baked veal chop with black garlic sauce) and game from Olivier Nasti's hunting grounds.
