In this discreet little restaurant that has no visible signage in the street, the atmosphere is intimate and you are in the safe hands of a chef and a pastry chef who are virtuosos! Chef Valentina Giacobbe, previously at Solange, and pastry chef Julien Ingaud-Jaubert have worked in some fine establishments, notably Pierre Gagnaire's restaurants. With its peaceful and relaxed vibe, this place is a reflection of the couple. The chef's cooking, meanwhile, has lost none of its (strong) character and bite, and she often ramps up the spice, pepper and acidity in her delicious dishes.
