A muted contemporary interior sets the stage for seasonal dishes that alternate between daring creations (seafood casserole dish with black garlic aïoli) and comforting, wholesome family favourites, such as juicy tender beef tournedos with aligot (a sort of mashed potato made with Alsace tomme in this case).
