It would be easy to pass by this unassuming-looking restaurant but open the door and you’ll be greeted by a friendly team and an appealingly buzzy atmosphere. It’s all about British beef here: hand-butchered, hung for 35 days and cooked to perfection. Flavours are sublime; the tail fillet is worth a try.
