Mr and Mrs Turi took well-earned retirement towards the end of 2023, but this fixture of the Chelsea dining scene lives on. Wine was always a big part of the business, as the name suggests, so perhaps it's no surprise that Master of Wine David Gleave is one of the new people at the helm; the result is a fabulous wine list with superb choices from across Italy. The cooking is similarly Italian-focussed, with a lightness of touch across well-balanced dishes that make use of luxury ingredients like Oscietra caviar.
