Bewertung des Guide Michelin
In this small village of Upper Savoie, once the French capital of raspberries, foodies will find refuge in this family-run inn. The plush, Belle Époque-inspired restaurant has been entirely refurbished in a contemporary style. Following in his father’s footsteps, chef Hubert Chanove concocts dishes that cater to modern tastebuds, with creative notes inspired by local produce and wild herbs and flowers picked in the surrounding countryside. His dishes generally revolve around a season or an ingredient (fish from Lake Geneva, game, black truffles, etc). The Bistro is open for lunch (Thurs-Sat and only by reservation).
