Eugenio Boer offers a 100% Italian menu which focuses on local ingredients, with the aim of showcasing some of Italy’s favourite traditional dishes while at the same time supporting small-scale producers. However, this Italian focus in no way restricts the imaginative talents of the chef, who offers four tasting menus here: I Classici (meat-based dishes); Lo Stagionale (fish); L’Italia Vegetale (vegetables); and Per mano (which changes depending on the chef’s creative inspiration). There’s a 1960s and 70s feel to the decor.
