The restaurant of the Prieuré-Roch Estate rises up to greet visitors with its distinctive wood and steel U-shaped architecture, whose centre is graced with a vast patio overlooking the vineyards. Indoors are a parquet-floored lounge, a light airy bar decked in wood and a spacious dining room with immense floor-to-ceiling windows. Chef Céline Dédinger (who boasts stints with Thomas Collomb at the Rôtisserie du Chambertin and the Maison des Cariatides) crafts a modern score based on essentially local ingredients (whose exact source is indicated on the menu): cucumber soup, mint, mozzarella; confit of pork belly, grilled aubergines and Hasselback potatoes.
