A genuinely gourmet agriturismo offering a menu that changes almost weekly in line with the seasons. The superb ingredients (many home-grown and others sourced locally) are cooked with precision, avoiding unnecessary technical frills and preferring instead to focus on a practical, traditional approach that aims to satisfy and delight the tastebuds. Barbecued dishes, such as the sweetbreads and the excellent Jerusalem artichoke, are truly superb, while the light and fluffy goats’ milk butter served with bread and focaccia is also delicious, but a word of warning – you may find yourself addicted to this soft and delicious delicacy!
