Inside a luxuriously understated hotel, this chic contemporary mountain restaurant (featuring wood, stone, velvet, open kitchens) is run by chef Fabien Laprée. Trained in top establishments and a Meilleur Ouvrier de France finalist in 2018, he serves a modern menu showcasing a succession of fine ingredients, mainly from the region. To be enjoyed on the pretty terrace with a view of the Dômes de Miage mountains in summer.
