Having set up shop in this handsome 1905 chateau, young chef Pierre Carducci proposes cuisine that is as creative as it is bold, in which organic produce, notably from his father's market garden, takes pride of place. The eclectic wine list, with its preponderance of organic produce, is also appreciated. Pared-back guestrooms named after plants growing in the grounds.
