Tucked away in a bend of the River Scheldt, this spacious venue overlooks a typically Flemish landscape of (often) cloudy skies, grassy meadows and water. Maurane is in charge of the attentive service, while Nicolas demonstrates his mastery of classical cuisine (à la carte) and contemporary fare (set menu). Examples include a juicy breast of black chicken, intelligently paired with a knockout poultry jus. International accents also crop up in the menus, demonstrated by a slow-cooked cutlet paired with spicy kimchi.
