This restaurant turns out to be a nice surprise, with its refined and carefully prepared cuisine based on fine – always seasonal – produce: roast Arctic char fillet, chard stems and wild mushrooms; farm-reared guinea fowl with lightly salted butter, spicy sweet potato mash. Pleasant terrace.
