Closed for renovation works until summer 2024. A historic and long-established inn whose past guests included Ernest Hemingway, once a regular here. The timeless atmosphere is particularly appealing in the evening, when the only other people on the island are Torcello’s eleven inhabitants, ensuring an authentic and romantic lagoon experience. Chef Cristian Angiolin is at the helm, serving iconic recipes created by the Cipriani family alongside a selection of fish, vegetable and home-made pasta specialities.
